I spent the summer at the end of the second year of my uni at Xiaomi's future exploration lab. The Xiaomi future exploration lab was setup by CEO Leijun in 2016 to explore moonshot products like service robotics, VR and AR. I have spent my time there working mainly with the AR team which was at the time trying to adopt the Nreal Light. This led to my 5 months internship at Nreal for my placement module in 3rd year.
At Milab, I was able to generate a top priority international patent and PCT. Patent numbers: WO2020258555A1, US20200409482A1, EP3757724A1, CN110134197A, CN110134197U.
